Manufacturing Infrastructure
Every stage of panel building happens in our own factory in Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad.
Sheet-metal fabrication
Enclosures are cut, punched and bent in-house, so cut-outs and folds match the approved drawing.
- Amada turret punch press
- QC12K 4 × 2500 hydraulic shearing machine (sheet up to 4 mm thick and 2.5 m wide)
- WC67K 80 × 2500 hydraulic press brake (80 tonnes, 2.5 m bending length)
- Power press for punching
Busbar processing
Aluminium busbars are punched and bent on dedicated machines for clean joints and accurate clearances.
Design and drawings
Panel layouts and fabrication drawings are prepared in-house on the latest sheet-metal software and ZW CAD.
Surface treatment and powder coating
A 7-tank surface treatment plant prepares every enclosure before it is powder coated on our conveyorised line, with coating up to 100 microns.
Assembly and wiring
Switchgear, busbars and control wiring are assembled in-house.
Testing
Every panel is routine-tested at our works before dispatch, so it can be commissioned on site with very little pre-commissioning work.
