Overview
A direct-on-line start draws several times a motor's rated current and jolts the driven equipment. A soft starter raises the voltage gradually, so the motor accelerates smoothly with a lower starting current.
We build soft starter panels for single motors or groups, as standalone panels or as feeders within an MCC.
